Shares of Samvardhana Motherson International fell over 10% on BSE on Thursday after reports of Samvardhana Motherson Promoter Sumitomo Wiring Systems selling a 3.4% stake in the company via block deals. With the block deals, the holding of Sumitomo Wiring Systems in Samvardhana Motherson will reduce to 14.32%. At 2:56 pm, its shares were trading 11.84% lower at ₹67.71 apiece.
