Amid the row over the adulteration of Tirupati laddus, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) said the sanctity of the sacred sweetmeat has been restored. "The divinity and purity of Srivari laddu is unblemished now. TTD is committed to protecting...holiness of Laddu Prasadam," it said. This comes amid reports that animal fat was found in ghee used to make Tirupati laddus.
