Sanitation workers hurl garbage at police in Haryana amid protest, detained

Police detained several sanitation workers after they staged a protest in Haryana's Jhajjar demanding regularisation of their service and an increase in minimum wages. A video showed sanitation workers spilling garbage on the road and hurling it at police personnel present at the site. As sanitation workers' strike entered its 20th day, administration has started removing trash using JCB machines.
