Actress Sanjana Sanghi took to Instagram Stories to share her bad experience of flying with American Airlines. "Had an alarmingly bad experience with one of the crew members who was out rightly rude on multiple occasions," she wrote. "I demand an apology and explanation and hope no passengers in the future have to deal with a similar experience," Sanjana added.
