Sona Comstar has denied the allegations made by its late chairman Sunjay Kapur's mother Rani in a press release. "Rani Kapur hasn't been a shareholder...at least since 2019...no documents have been signed or obtained from [her]...following the passing of...Sunjay Kapur," it said. The firm added that Sunjay's wife Priya Sachdev was appointed as a Non-Executive Director after being duly reviewed.
