Karishma Tanna, who played the character Pinky in 'Sanju', said, "Raju (director Rajkumar Hirani) sir had told me that you are my perfect Pinky." Talking about how Hirani had explained that her role would be a cameo appearance, Karishma added, "I was fine because I liked the role and I knew it won't go unnoticed."
