CSK's Sanju Samson has set the record for scoring first century of an IPL season most times. Samson, who had hit first century of IPL 2017, 2019 and 2021, slammed the first century of IPL 2026, scoring 115*(56) against DC on Saturday. He's followed by former KKR and CSK wicketkeeper-batter Brendon McCullum, who did it twice (2008, 2015).
