RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat on Friday said that Sanskrit is the origin of all Indian languages and should be used for communication. "Sanskrit needs to reach every household, and communication in the language is needed," he said. Bhagwat added that knowing Sanskrit is like understanding the country. He also noted that Sanskrit University will receive government patronage.
