RBI has approved the reappointment of Sashidhar Jagdishan as the Managing Director and CEO of HDFC Bank. The reappointment is for a period of three years with effect from October 27, 2023 to October 26, 2026, the bank said. Jagdishan joined the bank in 1996 as a manager in the finance department and became Business Head—Finance in 1999.
