Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) has declined to stay SEBI's order directing Dish TV to disclose voting results of its annual general meeting (AGM). SAT has also directed Dish TV to file its reply in the matter against SEBI's order by March 20. SEBI passed the order after receiving complaints from Yes Bank and other Dish TV shareholders.
