PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) can sue Byrraju Ramalinga Raju, the Founder of Satyam Computer, for ₹100 crore, the Telangana High Court ruled, dismissing a petition filed by Raju. PwC was the statutory auditor of Satyam Computer between 2000 and 2009. It sued Raju claiming huge loss of clients, profits and reputation after he confessed to India's largest accounting fraud in January 2009.
