Saudi Arabia's fighter jets on Friday launched strikes on the UAE-backed separatist Southern Transitional Council (STC) forces in Yemen, killing at least seven people. This came after the Saudi-backed Yemeni government issued a 24-hour deadline for the UAE to pull out of the country. Saudi bombed Yemen's Mukalla on December 30 over alleged weapon shipments supplied by UAE.
