Saudi Arabia uses secret court as 'weapon' to silence dissent: Amnesty

Saudi Arabia is using a secretive special court set up for terror-related cases to give long prison sentences or death penalty to human rights activists and others who go against the monarchy, an Amnesty International report said. The court is used as "a weapon to systematically silence dissent", it added. The organisation concluded that all trials were "grossly unfair".
