AAP leader Saurabh Bharadwaj and two others have been booked for violating religious sentiments after Saurabh posted a video of people dressed as Santa Claus fainting in Delhi due to air pollution. "In these videos, individuals dressed as Santa Claus, a revered religious and cultural icon for Christians worldwide, are portrayed in a derogatory and mocking manner," the complaint stated.
