Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) Registrar Prafulla Pawar on Thursday issued a circular allowing the institution's hostels to be reopened from February 21. Earlier, students had demanded the same as those from rural backgrounds were facing accommodation issues after SPPU opened for offline classes. Pawar said that students must get both COVID-19 vaccine doses before taking hostel admission.
