Kerala High Court ruled that remarks such as "go away and die" during a quarrel don't amount to abetment of suicide. It was hearing plea of man facing abetment of suicide charge. A married woman he was allegedly having an affair with, and her daughter died by suicide after he told woman to "go away and die" during an argument.
