Board of Directors of SBC Exports Ltd approved a bonus issue of equity shares in the ratio of 1:2. Shareholders will receive one additional equity share for every two shares held. The bonus issue is subject to shareholder approval. The bonus shares will carry the same rights as existing equity shares, including eligibility for dividends and other corporate benefits post-allotment.
