Established in 1987, SBEC Systems (India) Ltd, an engineering and consultancy firm for sugar and power sectors, commissioned a 500 kWp solar power project in Modinagar, Uttar Pradesh, on July 9, 2025. Earlier, on June 3, 2025, SBEC Systems secured an unsecured inter-corporate loan of ₹20 crore from Moderate Leasing and Capital Services Limited. This transaction is not related-party deal.
