Infosys' former CFO TV Mohandas Pai reacted to a report of SBI Chairman Dinesh Khara receiving ₹37 lakh salary in 2022-2023 and said, "This is truly tragic." Tagging PM Narendra Modi in his tweet, Pai wrote, "The Chairman of ⁦SBI⁩ which earned ₹50,000 crore profits...is paid...₹37 lakh for his great work...this is not right, not New India."
