A video showing an argument between an SBI manager and a customer who demanded she speak in Kannada at a branch in Karnataka has surfaced online. "This is India...I won't speak Kannada for you," the manager said, to which the customer replied, "Kannada first, madam." In another video, the manager can be seen apologising in Kannada with her colleague's help.
