Anupam Mittal said merchants see errors like 'You've reached UPI limit set by your bank' on SBI's UPI interface while no other bank's interface faces this problem. "Nobody [at] SBI to accept the problem, leave alone tackle it. Not only does this shake confidence in UPI, [it] affects India's growth directly given volume of transactions and SBI's share," Mittal said.
