The Supreme Court allowed a candidate who was denied admission despite paying ₹27 lakh fee on the ground of delay in reporting to college. The Court directed the candidate to attend the class tomorrow onwards. The Court noted that the candidate was duly allotted the seat in the counselling and had paid fee in time.
