The Supreme Court has passed an interim order directing real estate developer Mantri Developers to hand over possession of the Mantri Serenity project to homebuyers in Bengaluru. Homebuyers have still not been given possession despite having paid either 100% or almost 100% of agreement amount, the SC said. It directed that exercise be completed before next hearing on February 14.
