The Supreme Court has blamed Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Jio for the failure of spectrum sale of Anil Ambani's Reliance Communications (RCom). The court said the deal fell through because Jio refused to pick up RCom's past dues and not because the telecom department refused to give its 'No Objection Certificate'. RCom recently approached the bankruptcy court for debt resolution.
