The apex court on Monday said it cannot interfere in the tussle between the Centre and Delhi government. It was responding to a PIL demanding it to direct the Delhi government to follow the Constitution. The court said that if the Centre and Delhi government "continue to create governance problems... people will pass an appropriate verdict at the appropriate time".
