Gauri Maulekhi, an animal welfare activist and a Trustee of People for Animals (PFA), said that the Supreme Court didn't hear any party before ordering the removal of all dogs from institutional areas on Friday. She pointed out that the roadmap they had submitted earlier wasn't placed before the bench. "This [implementation] is going to be a nightmare," she said.
