SC directs CBI to produce Manipur assault victims in court

The Supreme Court directed the CBI and trial court to ensure appearance of two victim-witnesses in the Manipur sexual violence case on October 7, 9, and 28. The bench, hearing CBI's plea against bail of accused, stressed witness protection as authorities' obligation and said court would reconsider bail if accused abuse the concession.
