SC explains conditions for granting mandatory injunction under SRA

The Supreme Court has explained certain conditions for granting a mandatory injunction under the Specific Relief Act, 1963 (SRA). The two-Judge Bench summarised the following conditions like clear obligation, breach or likely breach, necessity of compelling performance, enforceability by the court, balance of convenience in favour of the applicant, and irreparable harm.
