The Supreme Court has relaxed the March 31 deadline and allowed the sale of BS-IV vehicles for ten days after lockdown due to coronavirus is lifted. Indian carmakers will be allowed to sell 10% of their BS-IV stock during this period, except in Delhi-NCR region. The unsold inventory is worth over ₹7,000 crore, the Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations said.
