The Supreme Court on Friday held senior advocate Prashant Bhushan guilty of contempt over two of his tweets on CJI SA Bobde and the judiciary. The complaint was first registered over a June 29 tweet by Bhushan on a photo of CJI Bobde astride a motorcycle. Bhushan has previously held that criticism of the CJI "does not scandalise" the court.
