Supreme Court has issued a contempt notice to SpiceJet Chairman and MD Ajay Singh after a plea was filed by Credit Suisse. The bank has accused SpiceJet of failing to comply with a court-approved $24-million settlement plan for payment of dues. SpiceJet said it has paid $7.1 million to Credit Suisse and the remainder will be paid as per schedule.
