The Supreme Court issued a notice to filmmaker Hyder Jamilhussain Kazmi, who recently got bail after spending six months in judicial custody for allegedly raping an actress. This comes after the actress approached the apex court seeking cancellation of bail. The actress claimed Kazmi first raped her in 2012, further, accusing his sister of filming the act to threaten her.
