The Supreme Court on Thursday quashed the FIR and criminal proceedings against YouTuber Elvish Yadav in a case alleging use of snake venom in video shoots. The court said that the NDPS Act was not applicable in the case after it took note of the fact that no snake venom was found with the YouTuber. Elvish praised the court's verdict.
