The Supreme Court on Monday refused to monitor the CBI probe into the Saradha chit fund scam in West Bengal. The matter was brought by a group of investors, who said the CBI probe had not led to any conclusion. This comes after the top court ordered Kolkata Police Commissioner Rajeev Kumar to appear before the central agency for questioning.
