The Supreme Court on Friday refused to stay bail granted to Sonam Raghuvanshi in the murder of her husband Raja Raghuvanshi in May 2025. The top court refused to stay bail even though it expressed reservations with Meghalaya HC's judgment upholding bail granted to her only on the ground of a typographical error in quoting a section in arrest memo.
