The Supreme Court dismissed an appeal filed by Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Ltd. (TNGDCL) against the judgment of the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL). The Court said that Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) can only be read in manner as to be aligned with State Regulations.
