Supreme Court has directed Union Ministries of Finance and Co-operation to respond to Sahara Group’s plea seeking approval to sell 88 of its properties to Adani Group. Sahara proposed to sell immovable properties across India, including Aamby Valley City, Sahara Shaher and Sahara Ganj. The proceeds of the sale would be deposited in the SEBI–Sahara Refund Account.
