The Supreme Court has sought details on the steps taken by the government to implement the National Electric Mobility Mission Plan 2020 (NEMMP 2020). A bench headed by Chief Justice SA Bobde asked the government to submit the details in four weeks. The move followed a petition filed by an NGO represented by senior advocate Prashant Bhushan.
