The Supreme Court on Wednesday set aside the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal's (NCLAT) ruling that approved the ₹158-crore settlement between BYJU'S and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). NCLAT's ruling had halted the insolvency proceedings against BYJU'S after it settled with BCCI. The court held that NCLAT violated several rules while approving the settlement.
