The Supreme Court on Wednesday stayed certain observations of the Bombay High Court (Nagpur Bench), including the prohibition of feeding stray dogs in public spaces. The court also stayed Bombay HC's observation that those who feed street dogs must adopt them. The SC was hearing an appeal filed by three people, who were challenging the Bombay HC's observation.
