The Supreme Court stayed a National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) order that allowed the Competition Commission of India (CCI) to probe Flipkart for alleged abuse of dominance. Representing Flipkart, Senior Advocate Harish Salve said his client is not the biggest player and can’t operate independently of competitive forces. SC said the probe would jeopardise Flipkart's business interests.
