The Supreme Court stayed a Karnataka High Court order quashing a ₹21,000-crore show-cause notice to Gameskraft Technologies by DG of GST Intelligence (DGGI). DGGI said in five years, Gameskraft has collected ₹70,000 crore as bet money from about 45 lakh players. It added that according to an SC ruling, a game being played for stakes is subject to GST.
