The Supreme Court on Thursday said it will hear a plea after two weeks regarding floods and landslides in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, and Jammu and Kashmir. "Prima facie, it appears that there has been illegal felling of the trees which has been going on up hills," SC said. It also issued notice to Centre, NDMA and others.
