SC to urgently hear Mamata's plea on TMC symbol freeze

The Supreme Court agreed to urgently list Mamata Banerjee's petition challenging the Election Commission's decision to freeze the TMC name and 'Jora Ghash Phul' symbol amid a party split. EC had allotted Mamata's faction the name 'Mamata All India Trinamool Congress' and 'Football Player' symbol for the October 6 bypoll.
