A cyber fraudster posing as Rula Ghani, wife of former Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani, cheated a 71-year-old accountant from Mumbai's Andheri of ₹5 lakh. The accused allegedly sought the accountant's help in investing money on Rula's behalf in the Indian market. The victim was asked to open an account in an Indonesian bank to start the process and deposit $360.
