Scammers from Brazil used Instagram advertisements featuring supermodel Gisele Bundchen and other celebrities to make over 20 million reais (over ₹33 crore) through alleged online fraud, the police said. Four suspects involved in the scheme have been arrested, and assets have been frozen across five states, the police added. The investigation into the fraud began last year.
