Scent of romantic partner can improve sleep: Study

A new psychology research from the University of British Columbia has suggested that the scent of a romantic partner can improve sleep. The researchers found that those study participants who were exposed to their partner's scent overnight experienced better sleep quality, even though their partner was not physically present. The study observed sleep efficiency improvement of over two per cent.
