Schools can't deny pre-primary admissions over eligibility dispute: SC

The Supreme Court ruled that admission to pre-primary classes under Right to Education Act must be treated as a "national mission". It said neighbourhood schools, including private unaided schools, must admit students without delay and cannot deny admission over eligibility doubts. This came after a student allotted by UP education department was denied admission over eligibility uncertainty.
