The Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to Indian government released a white paper on democratising access to AI infrastructure. Democratising access means treating AI infrastructure as a shared national resource and empowering innovators across regions to build local-language tools, it said. White paper highlighted key enablers, including providing affordable and reliable computing resources.
