In a first, US-based researchers have developed what they claim is a single vaccine for several common cold types. Common cold is caused by several distinct virus types, called rhinoviruses, posing difficulty for creating a one-for-all vaccine. The vaccine, which was made by artificially introducing a wide range of rhinoviruses, helped monkeys and mice develop immunity against the disease.
